Hey, I’m Savino!
Whenever I interact with a brand I think about what feelings did it bring up in me. Did the brand make me feel warm, secure, happy? A brand that draws feelings is a brand that cares about the customer experience. Our experiences with products, services, and each other should be personal and unforgettable.
I started CX Marketing Solutions after a 15 year career in sales and customer experience marketing. From working with a Fortune 500 digital company to numerous SaaS tech and retail startups, I realized they all shared one common theme: the customer experience mattered to their retention and company growth.
And so, it’s my mission to help digital startups and online services find their voice and create a brand culture that customers want to engage with.
